Cannigione is about 40 km north of the international airport of Olbia, and about 130 km from Alghero.
Boats starting from the in 2007/2008 modernized port of Cannigione are about to enter the national parc of La Maddalena archipelago, a beautiful area of pure nature, bays and a lot of nice places to stay.

The Marina/port was under construction in autumn 2007 and the hygienic situation was not very good, but there were constructions for bathrooms as well, can be seen lefthanded behind the fence.

Close to the village and Hotel is a nice beach

Cannigione offers a range of italian restaurants , bars and shops, not too much, but even in low season there are a few sardegnan people on the road - there are other touristical villages, where apart from high season July and August there is no infrastructure at all!
